Safety is fundamental. Every driver undergoes background verification, vehicle inspection, and mandatory training through Twende Academy, covering defensive driving, traffic laws, customer ethics, and EV operations.

You can apply through our driver app or website. After passing our document verification and background check, you will complete the Twende Academy certification program and receive official safety gear, including high-visibility jackets and certified helmets.
